The reading:

Acclaimed poet John Siddique will be reading from his new book, 'Poems from a Northern Soul', which deals with travelling the roads close to home, and the characters one meets along the way.

Poetry workshop:

A workshop with popular British poet John Siddique who will be guiding participants to look at the core ideas that make poetry happen, and how they connect with our own lives. We’ll be looking at the areas of meaning, voice, and poetic rhythm, to help participants shape their writing to have impact and life.
